Group Bookings
The Centrepointe Theatre staff would be pleased to work with you to accommodate your group’s visit. To confirm if a group rate is available, please check the ticket price area of the event in the What’s On section. In cases where Centrepointe Theatre is the presenter, group rates can usually be arranged at your request. Please see the section 2007-08 Season for a complete listing of Centrepointe Theatre events.
To make a group booking, please leave a recording at 613-580-2424 extension 41530. Our box office staff will promptly return your call.
Terms and Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 60 days prior to the event.
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to the event or when the event is sold out.
- Cheques are to be made payable to "City of Ottawa".
- Changes to seating requirements can be made up until the time that the final payment is due.
- After final payment, Centrepointe Theatre's policy refund policy applies.
- Your group should arrive no later then 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
